AZIO AI to Sell 128 NVIDIA GPU Systems to Power Champion

AZIO AI Holdings, Inc. entered into an agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited to provide up to 128 NVIDIA HGX B300 GPU systems. The hardware will be deployed at AI infrastructure facilities within the United States.

AZIO AI estimates the aggregate value of the deal at approximately $77 million, based on a midpoint market price of $600,000 per unit. The company noted that final revenues will depend on the timing of deliveries, total volume, and specific customer customizations.

This transaction follows an initial hosting agreement between the two companies announced on July 9, 2026. Chief Executive Officer Chris Young stated that the agreement reflects continued momentum in the commercial relationship between the firms and demonstrates growing demand for enterprise AI infrastructure.
