London Boroughs Review Major Residential and Commercial Planning Applications

Wandsworth, Greenwich, and Enfield Councils are reviewing a surge of planning applications for school facilities, pub extensions, and residential developments.

Local government authorities in Wandsworth Council, Greenwich Council, and Enfield Council are processing a high volume of new planning applications for residential, commercial, and institutional developments. The submissions include a significant number of home extensions, loft conversions, tree management works, and changes of use to Houses in Multiple Occupation.

In Wandsworth, Emanuel School has proposed the construction of a four-storey science and dining facility to replace existing buildings. Meanwhile, Greenwich Council is reviewing a proposal for the Lord Raglan pub to add extensions and visitor accommodation while continuing its primary use as a pub.

In Enfield, the Meridian One development at Meridian Water has submitted a request for confirmation that work has lawfully commenced on an approved phase of the project. These diverse applications reflect ongoing urban development and infrastructure updates across the three London boroughs.
