Infosys Partners With OpenAI And Harness For AI Software Delivery

Infosys collaborated with OpenAI and Harness to integrate agentic AI and automation tools into its Topaz Fabric platform for enterprise software modernization.

Infosys entered two strategic collaborations in April 2026 to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence in software engineering and legacy modernization. The company partnered with OpenAI to integrate Codex and other frontier models into the Infosys Topaz Fabric platform and poly-AI architecture. This initiative aims to move enterprises from AI experimentation to practical deployment in areas such as DevOps automation, e-commerce, and vulnerability detection.

Separately, Infosys collaborated with Harness to combine the Harness Software Delivery Platform with Infosys Topaz Fabric and Infosys Cobalt. This partnership focuses on agentic AI-led software delivery transformation, specifically targeting complex and regulated environments by embedding security, compliance, and resilience into the delivery process.

Salil Parekh, CEO of Infosys, characterized the OpenAI partnership as an operating model designed to unlock AI value at scale. OpenAI Chief Revenue Officer Denise Dresser noted that the collaboration leverages Infosys's expertise to move organizations from early usage of Codex to repeatable deployment across business workflows.
