Nebius Acquires AI Startup Inferize for Up to $130 Million

Nebius acquired Israeli startup Inferize to integrate GPU optimization technology into its Token Factory platform and reduce AI model cold start times.

AI infrastructure company Nebius acquired the Israeli startup Inferize for an estimated $100 million to $130 million. Founded only ten months prior, Inferize developed technology to reduce cold start times, which are the delays that occur when loading AI models into GPU memory. This technology improves GPU utilization and lowers overall computing costs.

Nebius will integrate Inferize's technology and its 17-person Tel Aviv team into the Token Factory platform, which manages AI models in production environments. This acquisition follows previous integrations of technology from Eigen AI and Clarifai as Nebius seeks to enhance its model execution capabilities.

TLV Partners served as the sole investor in Inferize. The acquisition represents a rapid exit for the startup, which was established less than a year before the deal.
