Aster DM Quality Care Reports Q1 Revenue Growth After Merger

Aster DM Quality Care reported a 20% revenue increase to INR 2,597 crore following its merger with Quality Care India Limited.

The newly formed Aster DM Quality Care announced its Q1 FY27 financial results on August 6, 2026, reporting a combined pro forma revenue of INR 2,597 crore, a 20% increase year-on-year. The operating EBITDA grew by 30% to INR 576 crore with margins reaching 22.2%. While consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 2026 was Rs 16.1 crore—an 81.2% decline from the Rs 85.5 crore earned in the prior year—the company saw a 16% increase in total patient volumes.

These results follow a merger between Aster DM Healthcare Limited and Quality Care India Limited that became effective on July 1, 2026. The integration unites the Aster, CARE, KIMS India, and Evercare brands into a single network of 39 hospitals across 28 cities, totaling over 10,800 beds.

Executives stated that the merger positions the company to become one of the top three hospital chains in India. The company plans to expand the network to more than 15,000 beds by focusing on advanced technology and clinical excellence.
