Aarti Industries Appoints Suyog Kotecha as Managing Director

Aarti Industries Limited announced a leadership transition effective October 1, 2026, designed to shift the company toward professionally led executive management. The Board of Directors appointed Suyog Kotecha, the current Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, subject to shareholder approval.

As part of this succession plan, promoter Executive Directors Rajendra Gogri, Rashesh Gogri, and Renil Gogri will move into Non-Executive leadership roles to provide strategic oversight. Rajendra Gogri will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman, while Rashesh and Renil Gogri will both serve as Non-Executive Vice Chairmen.

The company stated that this transition will not alter its long-term strategic direction concerning sustainable growth and operational excellence in the speciality chemicals sector. The move aims to strengthen governance and long-term growth while preserving the organization's entrepreneurial values.
