Romania Foreign Direct Investment Rises 41 Percent in 2025

Romania attracted 7.9 billion euros in foreign direct investment in 2025, according to data released by national statistical authorities. This figure represents a 41 percent increase from the 5.6 billion euros recorded in 2024.

The findings were published following an annual statistical survey conducted jointly by the Banca Nationala a Romaniei and the National Institute of Statistics and Geography.
