NANO Nuclear and Tillman Global Target 6 Gigawatts by 2040
NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. signed a framework with Tillman Global Holdings to deploy advanced nuclear reactors for AI industrial zones in the United States.
NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. signed a non-binding Strategic Commercial Framework with Tillman Global Holdings and its platform, Tillman Digital Gateway, to deploy KRONOS MMR Energy Systems within planned AI industrial zones in the United States. The agreement establishes NANO Nuclear as the preferred nuclear technology provider for Tillman's infrastructure projects.
The partners aim to deploy at least 2 gigawatts of advanced nuclear capacity by the mid-2030s, with a long-term goal of reaching 6 gigawatts or more by 2040. The collaboration integrates Tillman's financing and infrastructure capabilities with the reactor technology developed by NANO Nuclear to manage site evaluation, licensing, and project deployment.
Under the terms of the framework, Tillman may receive a $5 million restricted common stock grant and milestone-vesting warrants to purchase up to $100 million of NANO Nuclear common stock. The two companies are also exploring the possibility of expanding these nuclear energy deployments into international markets.
