Datalec and PODTECH Partner to Scale AI Infrastructure
Datalec Precision Installations and PODTECH formed a global partnership to provide deployment-ready AI infrastructure solutions amid rising hyperscaler demand.
Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) and PODTECH announced a global technology partnership on January 29, 2026, to deliver pre-staged, deployment-ready AI infrastructure solutions. The collaboration targets commissioning bottlenecks caused by hyperscaler demand, which has exhausted data center capacity across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. In Europe, vacancy rates have fallen to 6.5%, while the U.K. has seen a drop to 5.9%.
The partnership follows previous joint projects involving NVIDIA AI rack deployments for international hyperscalers. The two companies will now provide integrated turnkey services, including NVLink fabric configuration, GPU testing, and network validation. This shift comes as AI workloads now account for 75% of hyperscaler capital expenditure.
James Bangs of DPI noted that infrastructure reliability is critical as organizations accelerate AI adoption. Harry Pod of PODTECH stated that the integrated delivery team will provide clients with solutions grounded in engineering excellence.
