Teilor Group Secures 115 Million Euro Syndicated Loan
Teilor Group obtained a 115 million euro financing package from UniCredit Bank and ING Bank Romania to fund its expansion and refinance existing debt.
The Teilor Group, a Romanian entrepreneurial group specializing in luxury jewelry and financial services, secured a syndicated loan of up to 115 million euros. The financial package consists of investment financing, revolving credit lines, and refinancing facilities designed to support the group's growth strategy and expand its commercial presence in Romania and Bulgaria. The group operates several brands, including TEILOR, DAAR, JANINE, and MoneyGold.
UniCredit Bank acted as the Coordinating Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner, and Original Lender, while ING Bank Romania served as the Mandated Lead Arranger and Original Lender. The law firm Filip & Company provided legal counsel for the structuring and execution of the transaction.
This funding follows a strong financial performance in 2025, during which Teilor Holding reported a consolidated turnover of 667.4 million RON (approximately 133 million euros), a 28 percent increase over 2024. The company also saw its net profit rise to 66.9 million RON.
