Rockwell Automation Raises 2026 Profit Forecast After Strong Q3
Rockwell Automation Inc. raised its 2026 annual profit forecast after reporting third-quarter earnings and revenue that exceeded Wall Street expectations.
Rockwell Automation Inc. reported a fiscal third-quarter profit of $408 million, with adjusted earnings of $3.49 per share and revenue of $2.31 billion. Both figures exceeded Wall Street expectations, prompting the company to raise its 2026 annual adjusted profit forecast to a range of $13 to $13.30 per share, up from the previous estimate of $12.50 to $13.10.
CEO Blake Moret attributed this growth to steady industrial demand and strength across several sectors, specifically semiconductor, data center, and warehouse automation, as well as life sciences and automotive industries. In addition to the profit forecast, the company increased its annual sales growth projection to between 7.5% and 9.5%.
Despite the positive earnings report and the upward revision of future guidance, the company's shares declined approximately 5% in premarket trading.
