Accelevation plans to raise up to $720 million in a Nasdaq IPO to refinance debt amid surging investor demand for AI infrastructure.
Accelevation announced plans for an initial public offering on the Nasdaq under the symbol ACCV, targeting a valuation of up to $5.37 billion. The Miamisburg, Ohio-based firm specializes in modular infrastructure, cooling, and power distribution designed for AI-driven computing capacity.
The company and selling shareholders intend to offer 30 million shares priced between $20 and $24 to raise up to $720 million. Accelevation plans to use the net proceeds primarily to refinance existing debt.
Olympus Partners, the private equity firm that acquired the company in January 2025, will maintain approximately 85 percent of the combined voting power following the offering. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and BofA Securities are serving as underwriters for the IPO, which arrives during a period of high investor demand for AI-related stocks.
