Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Plan New York Meeting

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov plan to meet in New York this month. The discussions are expected to occur on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, which began on September 8.

Mirzoyan stated that while the meeting is planned, a final agreement on the timing has not yet been reached because it depends on their respective schedules. The two officials have not disclosed a specific agenda for the upcoming talks.
