Judge Sushil Singh Leads Independence Day Events in Poonch

Principal District and Sessions Judge Sushil Singh led the 80th Independence Day celebrations at the District Court in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, on August 15. The ceremony included the hoisting of the Tricolour and the singing of the National Anthem, with attendance from judicial officers, advocates, police personnel, and senior citizens.

During the event, judges honored police and judiciary employees for their contributions to the justice delivery system. Judge Singh praised the local population for their resilience, stating that residents have remained successful despite the challenging geographical terrain of the border district.
