Zenith Energy Raises 2026 Solar Target to 240 MWp

Zenith Energy acquired a 10 MWp solar project in Italy, surpassing its initial 2026 growth target and raising its goal to 240 MWp.

Zenith Energy acquired a 10 MWp photovoltaic development project in the Province of Foggia, Puglia, Italy, for EUR 96,000. This purchase increases the company's total solar development pipeline to approximately 203 MWp, surpassing its original 200 MWp target for 2026 ahead of schedule.

Following this milestone, the company increased its solar development acquisition target to 240 MWp by the end of 2026. The Foggia project remains in the development stage, with final payment contingent upon the company securing permits and achieving Ready-to-Build status.

This expansion follows a July 15, 2026, Memorandum of Understanding for the proposed EUR 12 million sale of the company's 50 MWp South Piedmont Portfolio. Zenith Energy is also constructing three solar plants in Puglia, aiming for commissioning and grid connection before the end of 2026. These efforts are supported by a €23 billion Italian State aid scheme approved by the European Commission.
