Dassault Systèmes raised its 2026 revenue and operating margin targets after reporting a 5 per cent increase in third-quarter revenue to 1.55 billion euros. The French software group now expects annual revenue growth of 4-5 per cent, up from a previous forecast of 3-5 per cent, and has increased its operating margin target to 32.5-32.7 per cent.
Operating earnings for the quarter grew 10 per cent to 490 million euros. Chief Financial Officer Rouven Bergmann detailed the acceleration of this quarterly revenue growth to analysts.
The company's outlook is supported by the September completion of its 1.8 billion dollar acquisition of life-sciences software maker ArisGlobal. This acquisition is expected to add two percentage points to the fourth-quarter growth forecast of 5-8 per cent and is projected to achieve double-digit growth in 2027.
