Garner stated that starting her business career at age 54 allows her to embrace being a beginner without the pressure to be in charge or prove herself. She admitted that business tools like spreadsheets remain overwhelming but noted that she values the learning process.

To avoid the pressure of public scrutiny, Garner emphasized her focus on the operational work of the company rather than monitoring day-to-day stock prices.
