Mullen Group Ltd. Agrees to Acquire Wilson International Ltd.

Mullen Group Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Wilson International Ltd., a customs brokerage firm with operations in Canada and the United States. The acquisition integrates a workforce of more than 330 employees specializing in customs and logistics services into the trucking and logistics company's portfolio.

Wilson International will operate as a stand-alone business within the Mullen Group. The existing senior management team, led by Jim McKinnon, will remain in charge of operations following the transition.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
