K. T. Rama Rao, Working President of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, participated in the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Hyderabad on July 14, 2026. Rama Rao submitted voter enumeration forms to election officials alongside his wife, Shailima, and son, Himanshu.
This activity is part of Phase-III of a broader process announced by the Election Commission of India on May 14. The revision covers more than 36 crore electors across 16 states and three union territories, coordinating with the Census house listing component to optimize field resources.
In Telangana, the process involves Booth Level Officer visits continuing through July 24. The Election Commission of India will publish a draft roll on July 31, with the final electoral roll scheduled for publication on October 1, 2026.
