Four Companies Raise $1.8 Billion in Hong Kong Debut
RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Co. leads four companies debuting on the Hong Kong stock exchange after raising a combined HK$14.4 billion.
RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Co. and three other companies began trading in Hong Kong on September 29, 2026, following a combined fundraising effort of HK$14.4 billion ($1.8 billion).
RoboTechnik secured the largest portion of the capital, raising $660 million. The company provides automation equipment and software specifically for solar-panel factories and silicon-photonics chip production. Its listing was supported by cornerstone investors including Temasek Holdings Pte, Sunpeak Asset Holdings Ltd., and E Fund Management Co.
Market activity preceding the official debut showed some volatility. On Monday, RoboTechnik shares traded on the gray market at approximately 2% below their initial listing price.
