Yogi Adityanath Launches Youth Brigade Scheme in Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced the Youth Brigade Scheme to support youth employment and business during 80th Independence Day celebrations.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced the launch of the Youth Brigade Scheme, formally known as the Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan, during the 80th Independence Day celebrations in Lucknow. The initiative is designed to provide significant support to the state's youth within the sectors of business, enterprise, and employment.

During his address, Adityanath stated that maintaining national freedom is a collective responsibility for all 140 crore Indian citizens rather than the duty of any single individual or community. He used the occasion to pay tribute to historical figures of the independence movement.

Adityanath also honored the late Inspector Sunil Kumar of the UP Police Task Force. Kumar was posthumously awarded the Kirti Chakra for his actions during a confrontation with criminals in Shamli.
