MicroVision Regains Nasdaq Compliance After Share Price Recovery
MicroVision announced it has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements after its share price met the minimum bid price mandate.
MicroVision, Inc. regained compliance with Nasdaq continued listing requirements on August 31, 2026. The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff notified the company on August 26 that it now meets Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires a minimum bid price of at least $1 per share.
The resolution ends a period of noncompliance that began on January 12, 2026. Chief Executive Officer Glen DeVos stated that the achievement allows the company to focus more intensely on executing its commercial strategy and creating long-term shareholder value.
