Chief Financial Officer Richard Westenberg announced that the company is aiming for an average annual organic growth rate of 3% to 4% and a compound annual growth rate of 10% in earnings per share.
Westenberg also set a target for an adjusted operating margin of at least 18%. He stated that these objectives are supported by a strategy driven by consumers, the utilization of industry-leading brands, and the expansion of commercial capabilities and operational excellence.
The targets were presented during a fireside chat with Deutsche Bank's Collin Verron as part of the summit's focus on industrial sector performance and long-term planning.
