Blackstone-Backed Horizon Industrial Parks Launches ₹2,600 Crore IPO

Horizon Industrial Parks will launch a ₹2,600 crore initial public offering on August 17 to repay borrowings and fund corporate purposes.

Horizon Industrial Parks Limited will launch a ₹2,600 crore initial public offering on August 17, 2026. The offering consists entirely of fresh equity shares with a price band set between ₹57 and ₹60 per share. At the upper limit, the company's post-issue market capitalization is expected to reach approximately ₹17,298 crore.

The company intends to use ₹2,250 crore of the proceeds to repay borrowings, with the remaining funds allocated for general corporate purposes. The three-day subscription period concludes on August 19, following anchor investor bidding on August 14. Shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on August 24.

Backed by Blackstone Inc., which holds an 89 percent stake, the company operates a 60 million square foot portfolio across 10 cities. Despite its scale, Horizon Industrial Parks reported a loss of ₹203.65 crore in FY26. This move marks the 15th IPO in India for Blackstone Inc.
