PG&E Reports Third-Quarter Earnings Drop to $749 Million

PG&E Corporation reported a decline in its third-quarter financial results for 2026, with earnings falling to $749 million, or $0.34 per share. This represents a decrease from the $823 million, or $0.37 per share, recorded during the same period in the previous year.

Revenue for the quarter decreased by 1.0%, falling to $6.188 billion from $6.250 billion. On an adjusted basis that excludes specific items, the company reported earnings of $928 million, or $0.41 per share.

Looking ahead to the end of the year, the company provided full-year earnings per share guidance ranging from $1.64 to $1.66.
