LEAP India Targets 70 Billion Rupee Valuation for IPO
LEAP India is seeking a 70 billion rupee valuation for its 260 million dollar initial public offering opening on August 7.
LEAP India, a tech-enabled asset pooling and supply chain firm, is seeking a valuation of approximately 70 billion rupees ($733.91 million) for its $260 million initial public offering. The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares totaling $50.3 million and an offer for sale valued at $209.7 million.
Vertical Holdings II, an entity backed by KKR, intends to sell shares worth $209.5 million, while the promoter group KIA EBT Scheme 3 will sell the remaining portion of the offer for sale. The company reported significant growth for fiscal year 2026, with revenue rising 56.4% to 7.3 billion rupees and net profit increasing 66% to 623.4 million rupees.
Anchor investors will bid on August 6, and the offering will open for public subscription from August 7 to August 11. Trading is expected to begin on August 14.
