Her professional trajectory spanned nonprofit event coordination, marketing agency management, and real estate technology roles at Zillow and the startup OJO.
Williamson reached her highest compensation as a senior program and operations manager at Houseful, a company created after the Royal Bank of Canada acquired OJO. Following layoffs in March 2025 and a five-month period of unemployment, she accepted a position as a global brand operations manager at Starbucks in August 2025.
Although Williamson negotiated her starting salary at Starbucks from $131,500 to $145,000, she considers the current role a financial step backward from her previous peak earnings. She stated, "I know my worth and what my work experience warrants in the market."
