London BTC Company Ltd reported a record gold sample of 143.1 grams per tonne from its Amonett-Frank project in Nevada, triggering a 10% share price increase.
London BTC Company Ltd reported a rock chip sample grading 143.1 grams of gold per tonne from the Amonett-Frank project in Pershing County, Nevada. This result represents the highest grade returned within the company's United States portfolio. Following the announcement, shares in the company rose 10% to 1.6p.
The Amonett-Frank project comprises 18 unpatented claims across 372 acres. To verify the high-grade results, the company utilized conventional fire assay to validate X-ray-based PhotonAssay techniques. London BTC also engaged Dahrouge Geological Consulting to manage permitting and field operations.
In a separate corporate action, the company issued 72.8 million shares to its employee benefit trust, which accounts for 16.67% of the enlarged share capital. Chief Executive Hewie Rattray stated the company was moving quickly to establish the scale of the mineralised system.
