Oracle Launches Agentic AI Platform and $1 Billion Partner Fund

Oracle introduced an agentic AI platform to streamline cloud application implementation and committed $1 billion to support its partner ecosystem over four years.

Oracle launched an agentic AI platform and a $1 billion partner investment initiative on October 26, 2026, during the Oracle AI World event in Las Vegas. The new platform, delivered via the Oracle AI Success Navigator, uses six specialized AI agents to automate environment analysis, application design, and code generation for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Gary Miller, Customer Success Officer and Executive Vice President at Oracle, stated the platform provides "specialized AI agents, proven best practices, expert guidance, and training to help customers accelerate their journey to Oracle Fusion Applications." Early adoption results from Lexington Health indicate the agentic delivery approach reduced certain design and configuration efforts by 80 percent, according to Tom Tan, Executive Director of IT Business Services at the organization.

Parallel to the technology launch, Oracle committed $1 billion over the next four years to its partner ecosystem. This funding is designated for technical training, skills development, migration resources, and go-to-market support. The company structured this commitment as an investment in infrastructure and enablement rather than as direct grants to solution providers.
