The Government of Azerbaijan and the Government of China have established a comprehensive strategic partnership aimed at expanding bilateral economic, trade, and energy cooperation. This agreement follows a 2025 state visit to China by President Ilham Aliyev, which secured specific agreements regarding energy storage, offshore wind power, and solar power.
