Venture Global Signs 20-Year LNG Deal With ConocoPhillips

Venture Global signed a 20-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply agreement with ConocoPhillips on Thursday. Under the terms of the contract, ConocoPhillips will purchase 1 million metric tons of LNG per year beginning in 2030.

This agreement follows a similar deal Venture Global reached last month to sell 500,000 metric tons. Following the announcement, Venture Global's stock rose 2.7% in post-market trading.
