Omnicom Reports $6.56 Billion Revenue and Raises Growth Guidance
Omnicom Group reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.56 billion and raised its full-year organic growth guidance to 5% following its acquisition of Interpublic Group.
Omnicom Group reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.56 billion, a 63.4% increase year-over-year that exceeded analyst expectations of $6.44 billion. The company posted adjusted earnings per share of $2.65 and raised its full-year organic revenue growth guidance to 5%. Core operations generated $6 billion with organic growth of 6.1%, driven by new business wins from Adidas, IBM, and Subway, and expanded services for Uber and American Express.
Following the November 2025 acquisition of the Interpublic Group of Companies, Omnicom shifted toward integrated media, which now represents 52.5% of core revenue. The company is implementing a $5 billion repurchase program and announced a $0.80 per share quarterly dividend payable on October 9, 2026. Management is targeting $900 million in cost synergies for 2026 and $1.5 billion by mid-2028.
Despite the reported growth, the consultancy Madison And Wall challenged the figures, claiming that comparable net revenues actually fell by approximately 2% on an organic basis when excluding pass-through costs. Strategically, the company is now prioritizing AI-driven discovery through its Omni platform and agentic marketing to meet client demands for measurable outcomes.
