Amazon Launches Fuel Up Fridays Gas Discounts for Prime Members
Amazon is offering Prime members 20 cents per gallon off gas every Friday through January 29, 2027, at participating bp, Amoco, ampm, and Thorntons stations.
Amazon launched a fuel discount promotion called Fuel Up Fridays on October 2, 2026, providing Prime members in the United States with 20 cents per gallon off gas every Friday through January 29, 2027. The offer is available at participating bp, Amoco, ampm, and Thorntons locations.
To access the savings, members must link their active Prime membership to a free Earnify account and provide their phone number at the pump or through the app. The 20-cent discount is a combination of a 5-cent baseline Earnify offer, a 5-cent Prime member benefit, and a 10-cent Friday-specific promotional addition. The Friday discount is limited to once per week and capped at 35 gallons per transaction.
After the promotional period ends in January 2027, the discount for Prime members will decrease to a permanent 10 cents per gallon. Amazon estimates this year-round benefit could save the average driver nearly $70 annually. Additionally, a separate 10-cent discount is available annually between July 2 and July 5.
