Magnificent Seven Stocks Hit Lowest Relative S&P 500 Valuation

The Magnificent Seven group of stocks is trading at its lowest relative valuation compared to the S&P 500, with Nvidia Corporation identified as the cheapest member.

The group of high-growth technology stocks known as the Magnificent Seven—comprising Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta Platforms, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Tesla—is currently trading at its lowest-ever relative valuation compared to the S&P 500. Market analysis indicates that several of these companies are now attractively priced based on forward price-to-earnings ratios.

Nvidia Corporation is the most affordably priced member of the group, trading just above 16 times fiscal 2028 estimates. This valuation is supported by the company's dominance in AI training chips and its strategic shift toward providing end-to-end AI infrastructure. Meta Platforms Inc. follows as the second-cheapest, trading above 18.5 times 2027 estimates as it uses AI to optimize social media advertising and explores a new cloud computing unit.

Microsoft Corporation ranks as the third-cheapest among the group, trading at 20.5 times fiscal 2027 estimates. Its valuation is driven by continued growth in the Azure cloud platform, deep embedment of enterprise software, and a 27% stake in OpenAI.
