Oman Food Investment Holding Reports Revenue Growth and JBS Partnership

The Oman Food Investment Holding Company reported a 40% increase in portfolio revenue and a 28% rise in EBITDA for 2025 compared to 2024. The company is executing a strategy to consolidate food-sector entities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen the long-term food security of Oman.

Chief Executive Officer Abdullah al Rashdi highlighted the success of Mazoon Dairy, which reached break-even in 2024 and achieved profitability in 2025. This turnaround followed a two-phase transformation program that increased sales by 16%.

To further expand production, the holding company entered a strategic partnership with global meat producer JBS. JBS plans to invest up to $150 million into Al Bashayer Meat Company and Al Namaa Poultry Company. This investment is intended to increase meat-production capacity and establish Oman as a regional hub for red and white meat exports.
