Eric Bleeker Purchases ServiceNow Stock Amid SaaS Market Decline
Investor Eric Bleeker bought $20,000 of ServiceNow stock following a significant share price drop driven by broader AI-related fears in the software sector.
Investor Eric Bleeker purchased $20,000 of ServiceNow Inc. stock after the company's share price fell more than 40% over the last year and 27% year-to-date. The purchase was subsequently mirrored by a Yahoo Finance analyst. This decline is part of a wider software-as-a-service market downturn caused by investor concerns that artificial intelligence tools from OpenAI and Anthropic will reduce enterprise software revenue.
Despite the market sell-off, ServiceNow has reported a cybersecurity business exceeding $1 billion. The company also saw its EBITDA margin nearly double to 23%, and management is currently targeting a 35% free cash flow margin for the full year.
