Solar Landscape Secures $150 Million Financing from CIP
Solar Landscape finalized a $150 million development financing facility with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to accelerate its national solar project pipeline.
Solar Landscape finalized a development financing facility of up to $150 million with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners through its Green Credit Fund II. The US-based distributed energy infrastructure company will use the flexible funding to accelerate its national solar project pipeline, specifically supporting an initial portfolio of approximately 250MW-direct current of mid and late-stage assets.
Solar Landscape intends to allocate the funds toward equipment procurement, interconnection, offtake agreements, and pre-construction sponsor development services. This agreement marks the fourth investment for the Green Credit Fund II since its first close in March 2026.
The financing follows a series of recent capital raises, including a $600 million senior debt facility and a $117 million preferred equity investment. These combined efforts have brought the company's total capital to over $2.2 billion over the last three years. Chief Financial Officer Clayton Avent stated that the partnership increases the throughput of the company's development platform, allowing the firm to advance projects more efficiently.
