Wix Launches Symphony AI Agent Platform for Small Businesses

Wix.com launched Symphony, a standalone AI agent platform designed to provide small and medium-sized businesses with a proactive, tailored AI workforce. The system centers on an AI agent called Maestro, which coordinates a multi-agent system to understand specific business needs, execute tasks across approved workflows, and integrate with existing business tools.

To ensure reliability, Symphony includes a built-in quality review layer where a separate agent verifies work for accuracy before it is presented to the user. The platform provides business owners with daily summaries of completed work and identifies growth opportunities based on customer behavior and trends.

Available through a tiered subscription model, the platform aims to help business owners scale by automating repetitive administrative tasks. Ronny Elkayam, the COO of Wix, described the platform as a purpose-built orchestrator for small businesses that combines the company's expertise with a coordinated system to help owners grow with more speed and confidence.
