Sugee Group Launches 52-Acre Waterfront District in Thane

Sugee Group has entered the Thane market with the launch of Sugee Lake District, a 52-acre waterfront commercial development in Thane West. Located near Cadbury Junction and the Eastern Express Highway, the project is designed as a world-class business district featuring Grade A++ commercial offices, high-street retail, and fine dining.

The development's first landmark is a 45-storey commercial tower offering office units between 800 and 6,000 square feet. The site includes a six-acre lakeview promenade and various wellness amenities, including a rooftop lounge, fitness center, pickleball court, and a crèche. To ensure sustainability, the project is registered under the LEED green building rating system.

Architect Hafeez Contractor designed the district to integrate the waterfront into its core identity, with structural consultancy provided by Sterling and a peer review by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The project is positioned to benefit from regional infrastructure improvements, specifically the Thane Coastal Road and the Borivali-Thane Twin Tunnel.
