Stripe Adds 200 Jobs to Dublin Headquarters
Stripe is creating 200 new engineering and go-to-market roles in Dublin following a significant increase in pretax profits and regional revenue.
Stripe, Inc. is adding 200 new engineering and go-to-market roles at its Dublin headquarters, which serves as the company's hub for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This expansion follows a headcount increase of over 35 percent since the start of the year, bringing the total Irish workforce to more than 1,000 employees.
The growth comes as the company's Dublin-based unit reported a 337 percent increase in pretax profits to $445.5 million last year, with 2025 revenues reaching $6.79 billion. To accommodate this scaling, the payments infrastructure firm tripled its physical footprint by moving to One Wilton Park last year.
Vice chair Eileen O’Mara stated that Dublin has established itself as the "twin engine of Stripe’s growth story globally," noting that the expansion reflects strong demand for the company's services in Europe. Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment Peter Burke described the investment as a "strong endorsement" of the environment Ireland has created for innovative companies to scale.
