Total CX, a subsidiary of the Beyon Group, signed three strategic agreements with the Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company (BKIC) to provide AI solutions, tele-sales services, and manpower outsourcing. The partnership is designed to scale BKIC's customer experience operations and support its long-term digital transformation through integrated personnel and technology support.
The deals aim to increase operational capacity and customer engagement for BKIC while expanding the market position of Total CX as a provider of integrated customer experience solutions. Total CX Interim CEO Aseel Mattar and BKIC General Manager Mohamed Al Maraj formalized the agreements.
