BAE Systems Receives $818 Million US Army Contract Modification

BAE Systems Land & Armaments LP received an $818,355,026 contract modification from the United States Department of War to produce armored multi-purpose vehicles. This modification, designated PZ0054, adjusts a contract originally awarded in 2023 and increases the total contract value to $3,298,715,424.

The production work will take place at a facility in York, Pennsylvania, with a scheduled completion date of May 31, 2030. The U.S. Army obligated the full amount of the modification using weapons and tracked combat vehicle procurement funds from fiscal years 2025 and 2026.

The Army Contracting Command at Detroit Arsenal in Michigan managed the contracting activity for the program.
