Polaroid and The Pokémon Company are releasing limited-edition Pokémon-themed instant cameras and accessories to celebrate the franchise's 30th anniversary.
The Pokémon Company and Polaroid have partnered to release a limited-edition collection of instant cameras, film, and accessories commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise. The product line features three camera models: the compact Polaroid Go Gen 3 in Pikachu and Sylveon designs, priced at $99.99, and the larger Polaroid Now Gen 3 in a Poké Ball design, priced at $139.99.
The collection includes themed consumables and accessories, such as Go Color instant film with Pikachu or Sylveon frames for $24.99 and Color i-Type film featuring Pokémon silhouettes for $22.99. Additional items include Poké Ball-shaped camera cases, shoulder straps, and photo albums, with prices starting at $14.99.
Pre-orders open August 25, 2026, via Polaroid and the Pokémon Center in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Reports on the general release date vary, with some sources citing a global launch on October 5, 2026, while others indicate worldwide shipping will begin on September 29, 2026.
