Emirates Plans A380 Services for Hyderabad
Emirates Vice President Mohammed Sarhan announced plans to launch A380 services in Hyderabad during a meeting with Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
Emirates Vice President Mohammed Sarhan met with Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday to commemorate the airline's 25th anniversary of operations. During the discussions, Sarhan announced the company's willingness to introduce A380 aircraft services to Hyderabad.
Chief Minister Reddy requested an increase in the total volume of flight services to the region. He further urged Emirates to establish Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations at two upcoming airports located in Warangal and Adilabad, stating that the government is ready to provide the necessary facilities for such operations.
In addition to aviation infrastructure, Reddy requested that the airline sponsor training for athletes at the newly launched Gachibowli Sports University. Sarhan responded positively to this proposal.
