Adani and Jabil Partner to Build AI Infrastructure in India

Adani Enterprises Ltd and Jabil Inc. formed a strategic alliance on June 15, 2026, to establish a vertically integrated manufacturing platform for AI and data center infrastructure in India. The partnership focuses on deploying multi-gigawatt capacity to produce liquid-cooled AI racks, servers, networking systems, and thermal management hardware for global hyperscalers and enterprise data centers.

Gautam Adani, Chairman of Adani Group, positioned the alliance as a critical component of the group's $100 billion commitment to develop 5 GW of green-energy-powered AI data centers by 2035. The initiative leverages Jabil's engineering and hyperscale manufacturing expertise alongside Adani's energy portfolio and infrastructure footprint to support the Make in India vision.

The venture targets a global market opportunity estimated at over $3 trillion over the next seven years. The companies intend to utilize India's supportive business environment, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and a data center tax holiday extended until 2047, to transition the country into a global exporter of AI hardware.
