Tradewinds Universal Signs First U.S. Adult Nightlife Licensing Deal
Tradewinds Universal signed its first U.S. licensing agreement to expand technology and management services into the domestic adult nightlife and hospitality market.
Tradewinds Universal signed its first U.S. licensing agreement to expand its technology and management services into the domestic adult nightlife and hospitality market. The deal enables the company to partner with an established network of operators, including brands such as Peppermint Hippo and Las Toxícas, with revenue expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
This expansion follows a previous licensing agreement in Latin America and supports the company's broader objective of reaching more than 100 venues through a mix of acquisitions and licensing. CEO Andrew Read stated that the company is now entering the revenue stage and believes it is building a path toward seven-figure and eventually eight-figure annual revenues.
To support its growth and a planned uplisting to a senior U.S. exchange such as Nasdaq, the company has filed to change its SIC code to that of a holding company. This strategic move aligns with broader consumer trends showing increased spending on small indulgences, including alcohol, nicotine, and nightlife.
