Marquette Poll Shows 45% of Wisconsin Democrats Undecided

A recent poll from Marquette University Law School reveals that 45% of Democratic voters in Wisconsin remain undecided in the gubernatorial primary scheduled for August. This stands in contrast to the Republican primary, where Tom Tiffany has emerged as a clear frontrunner.

Poll Director Charles Franklin noted that while the number of undecided voters has dropped from 65% in March, a significant portion of the electorate still finds the Democratic field crowded and underdeveloped. Many voters feel the candidates have not sufficiently distinguished themselves or are still reacting to recent changes in the ticket.

Despite the lack of a clear frontrunner, some voters expressed confidence that the party will unify behind whoever wins the primary nomination before the general election in November.
