Aurora Mobile Launches AI-Powered Agent Email Infrastructure

Aurora Mobile Limited launched Agent Email on October 23, 2026, introducing an AI-powered infrastructure for its EngageLab customer engagement platform. The tool enables AI agents to receive, understand, and respond to inbound customer emails at scale while maintaining conversation threads within Gmail and Outlook.

Unlike traditional AI tools that focus on drafting messages, Agent Email manages the post-send lifecycle. It grounds responses in a company's private knowledge base and writes intent signals directly back into CRM systems. The service is available to enterprise customers and supports both custom and high-reputation shared sending domains.

Chairman and CEO Weidong Luo stated that the goal is to turn one-way campaigns into conversations that move revenue. The company intends for the tool to be used for 24/7 technical and sales support, cold-start overseas outreach, and lifecycle message loops.
