Ondas Inc. Targets $1 Billion Run Rate as Defense Contractor

Ondas Inc. has transitioned into a prime defense contractor, reporting a $757 million backlog and an $11 billion pipeline. The company has secured $1.4 billion in cash and established a partnership with Palantir to support its growth trajectory.

Financial targets for 2026 include revenue between $525 million and $550 million. The company aims to reach a $1 billion run rate by the end of the year and achieve adjusted EBITDA profitability at the operating platform level by the fourth quarter.

Despite these growth objectives, the company has seen significant share dilution. Its total share count increased from 93 million to 590 million.
