BRP Inc. Appoints Minh Thanh Tran as New CFO

BRP Inc. appointed Minh Thanh Tran as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Sébastien Martel. Tran joined the company in 2017 and brings previous experience from BMO Capital Markets and Lazard.

Martel served as CFO for 12 years, during which he managed the company's 2013 initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange and its 2018 listing on NASDAQ. CEO Denis Le Vot stated that Tran's background in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and the powersports industry makes him the right person to lead the financial organization and the company's long-term growth ambitions.
